A dojo for management — courses for business leaders who battle daily to create tomorrow, to connect with the world, refine their vision, and cultivate the power to make an impact on society and revitalise cities.

01 — Wabisukidou
Art Pilgrimage / 2 years, 24 sessions
Wabi-Suki-Do is a two-year, 24-session course aimed at embodying "Wabi-Suki" — a uniquely Japanese sense of values and aesthetics — to refine the right brain of business leaders. Through the Soo-hen school of tea ceremony, Rinzai Zen, philosophy, art, self-management, communication, design, technology, fashion and travel, participants make a pilgrimage through tradition, the present and the future. At the close of the second year, a "So" name — equivalent to a tea-name — is conferred.
02 — Inbound Intensive
Drawing on the cultural-diplomatic strategies of the samurai — from those who built Kamakura to those who ended the Warring States period — leadership is customised through dialogue confirming your needs. Duration: 1–5 days. Advice is given through conversation, and negotiation techniques cultivated by samurai leaders are examined in a private thatched retreat available by reservation only. There is also an opportunity to interact with the Japanese business leaders and instructors of Wabi-Suki-Do.

03 — Space & Art
Production of gardens, traditional houses and small tea rooms. And art exhibitions at "Black Cube", the art dojo where business leaders refine how they frame questions, their aesthetic sense and their communication through the way of life and creativity of artists. Lessons drawn from dialogue with curators and artists are put into practice within the urban cabin, using works of art to build relationships with guests.
